Queering Age: Exploring the Lived Experiences of LGBT Youth and Elders
Harvard Law School Lambda’s 6th Annual Legal Advocacy Conference
April 1 and 2, Austin Hall, Harvard Law School

Please join us for the 6th annual Harvard Lambda Legal Advocacy Conference, which will focus on the unique legal issues surrounding LGBT youth and elders.

Conference panelists will include a diverse group of lawyers, scholars, activists, and multi-disciplinary experts who engage with the experiences of LGBT youth and elders.  The aim of the conference is to bring these perspectives together for a comparative discussion of two life stages that present particular challenges for the LGBT community.  In doing so, we hope to foster dialogue about shared challenges and potential avenues for reform, as well as to reflect on generational shifts in the goals of the LGBT rights movement.  In addition to the panels, informal conference events will also engage attendees as well as panelists in these discussions.

The conference will take place on April 1st and 2nd in Harvard Law School’s Austin Hall.  The conference is free and open to the public.  We invite you to learn more about the conference schedule and to register by using the drop-down menu above.  Please email HLS.Lambda.Conference@gmail.com with any questions.
